Meal Prep & Bakery Ordering
The Sweet Botanist currently operates as a "cloud kitchen" and is open, Wednesday through Friday, 2pm to 8pm. Saturdays by appointment only. Bakery, meal prep, marketplace & gift orders may be combined in one order. Meal prep and bakery menus are available for pre order only. Meal prep orders cannot be guaranteed a specific time, only a range due to other deliveries. our menus change every 3-4 weeks. Please keep that in mind when ordering. For rush (less than five days in advance) or wholesale orders, please contact directly for availability. All food items are plant based (vegan). Ordering Schedule
Picks ups are from 3:45-5pm Wednesdays & Thursdays, (unless otherwise noted, example: holidays). If this date/ time doesn't suit, accommodations may be made by request. Lancaster, Harrisburg & Hanover deliveries rotate on Wednesdays from 5:30-8:15pm. Local (York) deliveries are made Wednesdays & Thursdays from 5:30-8:15pm. Deliveries are made during a time window, depending on where you are en route. *Unfortunately, specific times cannot be guaranteed, despite the website prompting you to choose a time (it's a default function that can't be changed atm). If you need a specific time, please contact us prior to submitting your order for availability. All deliveries will receive a text to the number used when placing the order when your delivery is in route.
Deliveries can be made if no one is home. Please put out a cooler and ice pack or add the option to have one provided to your cart. When ordering, if you'd like the order placed somewhere, kindly leave the specifics in the comment box at check out. If the pick-up times do not suit your needs, please reach out and we will be happy to accommodate the best we can.
