We want to ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience at the Here With Us Farm Sanctuary Annual Spring Picnic. As we gather to celebrate the animals and embrace compassion, it's important to prioritize farm safety. Here are a few guidelines to keep in mind:

• Animal Safety: While interacting with the animals, please remember to approach them calmly and respectfully. Do not feed them anything besides the organic fruits & veggies provided in the snack packs for purchase. Some animals may be sensitive or have specific dietary needs. Please do not bring outside animals/ pets.

• Hand Washing: We kindly request that all attendees practice good hand hygiene. Please wash your hands or use hand sanitizer after any direct contact with the animals. Hand sanitizer will be located at the food & merch tent.

• Proper Footwear: Wear appropriate footwear that provides stability and protection. Closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended to ensure your safety while walking around the sanctuary. Please dress appropriately for a family friendly event at a farm. 

• Respect Boundaries: Please follow the guidance and instructions provided by our staff members. Respect any areas that may be marked off or designated as off-limits. These boundaries are in place for the safety and well-being of both visitors and animals.

• Supervise Children: If you are attending the event with children, please ensure they are under adult supervision at all times. Educate them about proper behavior around animals and the importance of following safety guidelines.
